Tarrant County
Fort Worth and the estate suburbs north of it. A lot of long, cut-up rooflines with multiple gables — more linear footage than people expect, and the reason a measured quote beats a guess.
Cities
Fort Worth spans a century of housing — a 1920s Craftsman and a 2020s build in Walsh need completely different mounting details.
Large estate homes with steep, multi-gable rooflines. This is where measuring all four sides changes the conversation.
Big lots and long approaches, where the driveway and the entry matter as much as the roofline.
Established family neighborhoods with consistent brick-and-fascia detailing — the track sits in cleanly and disappears in daylight.
Grapevine takes Christmas seriously, which means permanent lighting here earns its keep in December and then keeps going the other eleven months.
Newer subdivisions with two-story elevations, where the second-storey line is the one people see from the road.
A lot of Arlington's housing dates from the 70s and 80s, so we check the fascia condition before anything gets fastened to it.
What we install
Most people call about the roofline. The same system and the same app cover the yard, the patio, the walkways and the storefront.
The roofline system — warm white every night, any color when you want it, invisible by day.
Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth — every holiday on the calendar out of the same track, with no ladder.
If you would rather have it up for this December, the same crew and the same app.
Walkways, doors, garages, side yards and gates — the dark spots lit properly, on a schedule or on motion.
Low-voltage uplighting, downlighting, grazing, wall washing and spotlighting for trees, beds, walls and paths.
Scenes, zones, geofencing and voice control tied into the smart home you already run.
Single-story, two-story, new build or established home.
Storefronts, offices, restaurants and parking areas — year-round branding without a seasonal contractor.
Replacing tired or failed exterior lighting with the permanent system.
We measure your roofline in person and hand you an exact price the same visit.
